At Geneva Motor Show in 2003 Volvo presents the Versatility Concept Car (VCC), a design study, which was used by the Swedish car manufacturer could be great cars for the premium market with no compromise in its core values of quality, safety and environment.

In the five years, it has proceeded, there was little evidence that Volvo would advance from the concept, but latest information from welding Swedish magazine Teknikens Värld claims that Volvo are in fact working in the production model with the possibility of a revelation in either 2010 or 2011.
