Bugatti presented today new luxury open top Roadster Veyron 16.4 called, Grand Sport. The new Bugatti will entertain its public unveiling at this year’s Pebble Beach Concourse d’Elegance, on August 16th, 2008 at the lawn in front of the Pebble Beach Lodge.
Bugatti work the Grand Sport a roadster with a removable roof. Bugatti has incorporated “innovative structural solutions”, to compensate for a lack of structural integrity naturally provided by a roof, however, lacking sacrificing performance and shelter. Bugatti is yet to confirm if the Grand Sport will be able to reach the same 253mph (407km/h) top speed as the coupe, but the added weight of the reinforcements are expected to come at a cost to performance.

The very first encourage slot for this new car, to be built in Spring 2009, will be auctioned the next day at the notoriety Gooding mart at the Equestrian Center at Pebble Beach. Price will start at $2,250,000 and Bugatti is planning to build just 80 of these Grand Sports.
