New Savage Rivale Roadyacht GTS Supercar

Dutch students Justin de Boer and Emile Pop their ownbuild supercar the Savage Rivale Roadyacht GTS. The first-scale prototype was revealed at AutoRAI in Amsterdam and made its world debut at the Top Marques Monaco Show in April.

The designers put in a retractable hard-top which can open or close in just 20 seconds. Built lacking B-pillars and having a two-tone paint job, the car is meant to have taken inspiration from luxury yachts. Body panels are made from carbon-strength, and the frame is built from chrome steel. Inside, the driver is treated to a pleasant arrange of alcantara, aluminum, and carbon-backbone. Meanwhile, the floorboard is made from teak coppice, which will look interesting if left unupholstered. Although usually worn on yachts, and, hence care with the liner topic, a lighter-power things possibly could have been preferred for the floor if some form of flooring will traverse it up.

Subaru Impreza WRX STI Hatch on Artist Renderings

Lars Mårtensson, a.k.a. “GRID,” has designed his own 3D rendering of a Subaru WRX STi Concept. It’s looks a bit like a cross between the legendary Subaru and a Triumph TR7 cram. This realistic computer generated proposal for a more sporty-looking Impreza WRX STI with a wedgy-shaped three-door hatchback body. It’s unfortunate that the freshest look for the WRX has to come from fans, and not the automaker.

Mårtensson fresheded up the whole front-end by generous a steeper curve to the headlights. So steep is this, that the better air intake, headlights, and narrow honeycomb framework thresher to form a nose-and-talk smiley face. We do like the current styling to the junior divide of the super, with a bigger frame and fog light built in. Nevertheless with such a steep tilt from the front end to just in front of the driver’s move, we speculate how comfortable this car would be to appeal. However, the completely redesigned rear-fragment, with core-mount exhaust and contrasting color tones, is a fussy join.

New 2010 Kia Opirus Premium Debuts in Korea

The power on the factory 6.3-liter V8 engine increase from the stock 451hp (332kW) and 600Nm (443 lb ft) of torque to a Väth-certified 585hp (430kW) and 690Nm (509 lb ft) of torque.

There is no information on how fast the V63RS sprints from 0 to 100km/h, but the German tuning house does reveal that the modified Estate now reaches a top alacrity of 325km/h or 202mph. A new narrow skid differential with a 60 percent locking toll, a sport suspension and a high-performance brake order and 20-inch alloy wheels shod in 245/30 tires up front and 285/25 at the back overall the inventory of performance mods.

Official details for new 2010 BMW 5 Series Gran Turismo Revealed (photos and video)

After the new BMW 5-Series GT (Gran Turismo) was previewed for the first time as concept car at the Geneva Motor Show in March we get the official press release with full details.

Under the cover, BMW has announced 3 different engine variants to found with. The 3.0 liter turbo-diesel is what BMW is with to sell the GT’s fuel saving and ecological credentials. The 530d Gran Turismo, with 245 hp and 540 Nm of torque, comes with a fuel consumption rating of only 6.5 liters/100 km and a CO2 emissions rating of 173 g/km.

On the more muscular boundary come the 535i and the 550i variants. The 535i comes with BMW’s new running-six gasoline/gasoline engine, a 3.0 liter 6-cylinder Twin-turbo with 306 hp and 400 Nm of torque. New 2010 Volkswagen Golf VI Estate Unveiled (details + photos)

Volkswagen Scirocco R with 265HP 2.0 TSI Officially Revealed (photos)

New Subaru Legacy Touring Wagon Officially Unveiled in Japan (details and photos)

After the new Legacy Sedan and Outback were revealed at the New York Auto Show, Subaru today performed the world unveiling of the new 2010 Legacy Touring Wagon. The Touring Wagon is the same car as the Outback, minus the amplified trip height, roof rails and SUV-like body cladding. Between the North American and Japanese market Legacy there is only few difference a few inferior minutiae like the prolonged air intakes at the corners of the front mega and the redesigned exterior mirrors.

For Japan, power comes from a variety of engines including two 2.5-liter units. Car accident: Mitsubishi Colt Flies 100 Feet Into the Air and Lands on House Roof!!

Wow, how could this happen?! According to report, the 23-year-old driver of the 1980′s Mitsubishi Colt lost control of the car and somehow used a nearby railroad embankment as a jumping platform to literally fly almost 100 feet (about 30m) into the air landing on the roof of a building in the Bavarian town of Stadtprozelten, Germany!!

According to the German police, the driver that suffered serious injuries from the accident was under the influence of alcohol. And while that may explain how he lost control of the vehicle, we’re still puzzled to as how he actually managed to fly onto the rooftop. “Unbelievable!!” – you say, but let’s go back a little bit ago and remember another strange accident when car lands on Church roof again in the Germany.
