Official details for new 2010 BMW 5 Series Gran Turismo Revealed (photos and video)

After the new BMW 5-Series GT (Gran Turismo) was previewed for the first time as concept car at the Geneva Motor Show in March we get the official press release with full details.

Under the cover, BMW has announced 3 different engine variants to found with. The 3.0 liter turbo-diesel is what BMW is with to sell the GT’s fuel saving and ecological credentials. The 530d Gran Turismo, with 245 hp and 540 Nm of torque, comes with a fuel consumption rating of only 6.5 liters/100 km and a CO2 emissions rating of 173 g/km.

On the more muscular boundary come the 535i and the 550i variants. The 535i comes with BMW’s new running-six gasoline/gasoline engine, a 3.0 liter 6-cylinder Twin-turbo with 306 hp and 400 Nm of torque. The 550i will mark BMW’s powerhouse 4.4 liter, twin-turbo V8 gasoline/petrol dominance lodge with 407 hp and 600 Nm of boulevard-grinding torque.

New 2010 Volkswagen Golf VI Estate Unveiled (details + photos)

Volkswagen has unleashed the new 2010 Golf VI Estate with new-styled design. The principal changed to the exterior – it’s Golf VI‘s front fascia and dashboard, also tweaked tail lamps, colour-implicit bumpers and a new 105HP 1.6-liter common rail diesel.

The tailpipes in both TDI and TSI models of Golf Wagon are now abundant evident to the naked eye instead of being secret beneath the bumper. Overall the car is innocent and can perhaps be described as elegant. Three dapper levels can be prepared, the vile Trendline, the Comfortline and the Highline. There will be no Sportline since it has been replaced by the Highline as the vary topper.
