New Lexus CT 200h: Official Details and Photos Leaked

The first official details and photos of the new Lexus CT 200h has revealed. The car features newly-developed front-wheel drive platform, the smallest Lexus ever is powered by a 1.8-liter gasoline engine mated to an electric motor with power going through an E-CVT transmission.

The gorged amalgam is based on the LF-Ch concept revealed at the Frankfurt show in 2009. It skinned a 1.8-liter four-cylinder VVT-i petrol engine and a lure synchronous exciting motor. The band has not available performance details, but they do say that the motor is “powerful.” Nickel-metal hydride is worn for the high voltage string. Power is sent to the front wheels via an electrically-controlled contiuously alterable transmission, or E-CVT for short.

New Mercedes F800 Style Concept Revealed (details and photos)

The new details on the Mercedes F800 Style Concept, which previews the next-generation 2011 CLS-Class, have emerged.

The F800 Concept features a bold front-end, LED lights, and ‘revolve-and-slide’ rear doors. According to Mercedes-Benz’s Head of Design, Gorden Wagener, “The exciting vehicle-like roof line, and in common the vehicle’s balanced proportions, provide it a chic sporty look that reinterprets the Mercedes-Benz intention idiom and emphasizes the sculptural person of the F800 Style. The effect is a harmonious blend of innovative form and perform, which conveys a sensation of great styling and expert.”

New 2011 Audi RS5 Coupe Officially Revealed (details and photos)

German automaker has officially revealed the new Audi RS5 Coupe which should become the main rival BMW M3 Coupe. Developed by Audi’s quattro GmbH division, the RS5 Coupe makes use of a revised version of the 4.2-liter V8 engine found in the previous RS4. The new RS5 will go on sale in Europe this Spring with a base price of around €77,700.

Power comes from a 4.2-liter V8 that produces 331 kW (444 hp / 450 PS) and 430 Nm (317 lb-ft) of torque. It is coupled to a seven-rate S tronic transmission which allows the 1,725 kilogram (3,803 beat) sedan to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.6 seconds, before topping out at an electronically limited 250 km/h (155 mph). If that isn’t swiftly enough, Audi can delete the alacrity limiter to enable the car to hit 280 km/h (174 mph). Despite this immense performance, the RS5 only consumes 10.8 liters of gasoline per 100 km (21.78 US mpg).
