We here at AutoWorld hear rumors that the Porsche Carrera 4 could be a new Haldex all-wheel-drive system. If so, it would mean Porsche is dumping its clutch visco-based system in favor of the Swedish transmission. Even rumors is an electronic Sperrdifferential that this car a real all-weather runner.
These recordings were spying in northern Sweden, where a group of Porsche prototype and test vehicles were in a variety of studies. Back spyshots of the facelifted version of the Porsche (997) 911 have shown new bumpers front and rear, called the day with light drive LED and LED and back. The word is that these vehicles are sporting direct-engines with higher performance and better gas mileage.
