New Seat IBE Concept Revealed in Geneva (details and photos)

The Seat IBE Concept has unveiled at 2010 Geneva Motor Show. The car has an impressive and freshly design, it also powered by an electric drive system with zero-emissions capabilities.

SEAT says the IBE Concept is expected at urban users which is very like the coupe shape. It’s 3.78 metres long, 1.8 metres wide and is 1.2 metres high. A set of four 19-creep wheels with low rolling resistance tyres are fixed. Full LED headlights characterise the front end while the two air intakes in the decrease bumper help with cooling the car.

New Mercedes F800 Style Concept Revealed (details and photos)

The new details on the Mercedes F800 Style Concept, which previews the next-generation 2011 CLS-Class, have emerged.

The F800 Concept features a bold front-end, LED lights, and ‘revolve-and-slide’ rear doors. According to Mercedes-Benz’s Head of Design, Gorden Wagener, “The exciting vehicle-like roof line, and in common the vehicle’s balanced proportions, provide it a chic sporty look that reinterprets the Mercedes-Benz intention idiom and emphasizes the sculptural person of the F800 Style. The effect is a harmonious blend of innovative form and perform, which conveys a sensation of great styling and expert.”

Volkswagen New Compact Coupe Concept Revealed (details and photos)

The Volkswagen New Compact Coupe Concept car has revealed at 2010 NAIAS in Detroit. Attendees a sneak peak at what the potential has in amass for the Jetta mkVI.

The NCC (New Compact Coupe) Concept comes with VW’s 1.4 liter TSI engine, a turbocharged 4-cylinder dialed up to 150 hp and 220 Nm of torque (177 lb-ft), coupled to a 7-speed DSG gearbox (a dual-clutch sequential transmission), as well as an electric motor with 20 kW/27 hp. Powering by a lithium-ion sequence bunch, the exciting motor is able to thrust the car on its own, which allows the vehicle to be classified as an occupied-fusion. When the TSI engine is shut down, it is also disengaged to reduce any drag effect.

Second Audi e-Tron Concept Appeared in Detroit (photos)

The new version of the Audi e-Tron concept, that first exposed at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show, has appeared in Detroit. When looking at the Frankfurt e-Tron a R8 directly comes to care. The Detroit e-Tron is actually 27 cm (10.63 inches) shorter in piece and 12 cm (4.72 inches) narrower and only 1 cm (0.39 shuffle) shorter in height. It has a sickening stress of around 1,350 kg (2976.24 lbs), which is 250 kg (551.16 lbs) excluding than the Frankfurt e-Tron.

Two electric motors drive the front and rear axles. Together they make 150kW (204hp) and 2,650 Nm (1954.54 lb-ft) of torque which can be liberally pied between the wheels as necessary. The car is said to accelerate from 0 – 100km/h in 5.9 seconds and is imperfect to 200km/h (124mph).

New MINI Beachcomber Concept Revealed Ahead of Detroit Auto Show (photos)

MINI has presented the new Beachcomber Concept car ahead of debut at the Detroit Auto Show. Its influences involve the Mini Moke of 1964 which was also a fun juvenile vehicle and fiercely hints at the sturdily speculated fourth model in the MINI line-up after the shade, the Clubman and the Convertible.

To emphasise the open-top character of the four-seat, all-helm-ambition vehicle no conventional roof is fitted. Neither are any doors for that count. Volkswagen Up! Lite Diesel-Electric Hybrid Concept Revealed at the 2009 LA Auto Show

The new Volkswagen Up! Lite Concept has revealed at the 2009 Los Angeles Auto Show. The VW company say it’s the most fuel-efficient car in the world. The Up! Lite is sincerely a precise wing of the L1 Concept that has unveiled in September at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

The new VW Up! Lite Concept powered by two sources. The first is a 2-cylinder 0.8-litre TDI engine making 38kW (51hp) at 4,000rpm and 120Nm between 1,800rpm and 2,250rpm. The other is a 10kW (14hp) electric motor working with a lithium-ion battery. Together they produce a 65hp.

New VW E-Up! Electric Concept Revealed (details and photos)

Volkswagen has revealed the new all-electric VW E-Up! Concept car at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show. The new concept is a three-door minicar powered by an 80Hp electric engine that drives the front wheels. The German automaker plans to begin production of the Up! Family in 2011.

The E-Up! concept is 3.2-meter long, 1.64 meters in width and 1.47 meters in height with a wheelbase of 2.19 meters and it’s smaller than a Fiat 500. However, VW’s designers managed to add in 3+1 seats which means the front passenger seat is positioned 50 mm onward, credit to the instruments being pushed foster up front.

Mercedes-Benz ConceptFASCINATION previews next-gen E-Class

Mercedes-Benz will present new ConceptFASCINATION at the Paris Motor Show next month, it previews the outline for the next generation E-Class, the first model variant of which will be launched in 2010.

The German automaker is looking to stretch the body reach of it’s mid-mass luxury car by re branding the next generation CLK as an E-Class auto, it will touch the sedan and estate classical variants already offered. It is an attempt by Mercedes to gain the E genre to the legendary eminence once achieved by the W124 E-Class, however the new E-Class Coupe will still display the underpinnings of the tide generation C-Class.

New 2010 MINI Crossover Concept

MINI has show the first photo of the new Crossover Concept, which will be unveiled at the Paris Motor Show next month. BMW’s approach from concept to production in recent years has been to make minimal changes, the exterior design we see before us will stay pretty much the same but for a more conventional door set-up when the production model is launched in 2010.

These initial metaphors give us a cloudless indication of how future MINIs will be styled, and if BMW‘s reputation for making only a few revisions from model to production secure proper, this is very close to the perfect product.

New Honda Insight Hybrid Revealed ahead Paris Motor Show

The Japanese automaker Honda has officially released the first photos of its all-new “Prius-fighter” hybrid called Insight. Although the Japanese visitors has labeled the Insight as a theory car, don’t supposed to see many differences on the production typical that’s slated to go on selling globally in mid-2009.

Clearly, the stylistic inspiration for the Insight was Honda’s fuel-cubicle powered FCX Clarity. As with all cars of this separate, the Insight’s draft is more about aerodynamics and function than it is about tailor. We must say still that we we’re expectant something a bit more futuristic and adventurous from Honda.

The devoted mixture vehicle that would be offered as a 5-door tailgate with chairs for five passengers is built on a newly urban platform. Power will come from a superior report of the Civic’s IMA mixture power practice mated to a petrol engine, minutiae of which will be announced at a later year.

Mazda Kazamai Concept Officially Revaled at Moscow Auto Show 2008 (photo)

Today Mazda Kazamai, one of our favorite Nagare-themed concepts, was officially revaled  at the 2008 Moscow International Auto Show (MIAS) and giving us a foretaste of what its forthcoming CX-5 compact cross may look like. Featuring an evolved Nagare ‘gush’ figure theme, the 3door concept crossover’s styling is more realistic compared to previous Mazda concepts like the Taiki and Ryuga. There are no pictures of the Kazamai’s interior but Mazda says it that it can seat four passengers in comfort.

With a chunk of 4,520mm and a width of 1,930mm, the Kazamai Concept is vaguely bigger than the stream Mazda3. The Japanese automaker claims thought that merit to the total use of lightweight equipment and new processing/union technologies, the Kazamai is 100kg or 220-lbs lighter than related models. This contributes to better handling and improved fuel reduced and CO2 emissions.

Mazda Kazamai Concept Spied ahead debut at Moscow Motor Show

This is the spy shots of new Mazda  Kazamai Concept, which is due to make its debut at the Moscow Motor Show in August (28.08 – 01.09).

The Kazamai – Japanese ‘swirling crosswinds’ – has been made specially for the Russian show and is a sporty, compact SUV. It will lead to the development of an all-new car to be launched by the company in 2010.

The concept is very close to previously released sketches (Issue 1,016) and features a series of swirling curves and creases along its flanks. These are complemented by the narrow rear window and flowing light clusters.

New Peugeot ‘RC…’ Concept with Hybrid Power will be Present at Paris Motor Show

Peugeot is preparing to Paris Motor Show a new concept car, and has given us a bit of a heads-up in the form of a few images and some details.

With the name of the actual car not yet free, Peugeot is referring to the show car as the RC, adopting the same thematic nomenclature as the RC Spade and RC Diamond concepts from 2002 and the 908RC view vehicle from the last Paris Motor Show in 2006. Like those concepts, this one is not doomed directly to preview a production car in the pipeline. However, it does foreshadow Peugeot’s new design direction.
