Natural expect the family car to meet a similar fate, and now we will be able to confirm that, since the A4 Avant has finally been revealed by Audi.
His first public appearance will happen at the Geneva Motor Show, with a turnover shortly after Germany. In addition to the new (and attractive) looks, the A4 Avant is 12 cm taller than its predecessor (which has reached 4.70 m long) and its baggage compartment now holds up to 490 l. The new station wagon will be two petrol engines and two diesels. In the first case, the engines will initially be the 1.8 TFSI, generating 160 horsepower, and 3.2 FSI, the most powerful of the line, providing 265 hp. Regarding diesel units, the entry level is the 2.0 TDI, which has two specifications, with the first 143 sec and the second with 170 hp. The summit is the 3.0 TDI engine, a mechanical marvel capable of pumping 240 hp and take the A4 Avant with a maximum speed of 250 km / h, and from 0 to 100 kph in 6.3 s.
It seems success is not limited to the sedan. Expect the A4 line for even more additions, such as the latest version Allroad spied testing in cold weather in Scandinavia. Wait for the month (and auto shows) to come.
