Power Tuning – Gemballa Avalanche 600 GT2 (based on Porsche 997 Turbo)

At last years tuning is booming in Europe, United States and Japan, with more and more tuning companies as a result but few are regarded as highly as Porsche specialists Gemballa. Today, the House of German setting gusts on stage with a 600 hp Porsche GT2 (or Porsche 997 Turbo), which conversion can hold its place with Maranello and quantity in Sant’Agata Bolognese.

Gemballa has some tweeks in the shop for your unsuspecting GT2 or 997 Turbo like a power kit that will boost power to 600 bhpn (442 kW) with 840 Nm of torque, body kit, sports exhaust, coilover suspension, 20 inch ‘Racing’ wheels and a luxurious interior. The new power, the car can stay at 100 km / h in just 3.5 seconds.

The body kit consists of the box in Kit Avalanche, a GT-hood, before rock avalanche with openings for cooling, GT2 front spoiler lips, GTR EVO Rock rear diffuser and hot air and GT2 EVO rear wing. All in all, the car quickly, even standing calmly.

Of course, nothing without control, Gemballa is also a coilover suspension of the vehicle and a performance of the braking system with 380/350 or 405/380 mm rims. There you will find many details of the aluminum, sport steering wheel (F1 paddle shift optional) and a leather interior revision of the donors, if your car had it not already. That car is awesome looking. I love the lines of the car. The two tone really steps it up and sets it apart from any other car like it. No mistaking this one. Great article and awesome pictures to boot.

Nice write up, I dont really like the looks, but I like the numbers. Great performance. Gemballa usually creates some pretty crazy 911’s.

yeah, very nice. Any reccomendations for a 997 turbo sports exhaust? Cargraphics, Tubi or Miltek?
