Gosh – how things have moved on – some 45 years ago my husband was keen to buy what was then an old Bently – probably already 12 years old, but the running costs, even in those days, was prohibitive for us. Also being a one family car, I couldn’t see myself taking it down the road to the shops for picking up the groceries.
Even the grocery store was different, in UK we didn’t have supermarkets, that’s how long ago it was. Anyway it’s a pleasure to read about this beauty. Thanks
