Audi Sportback Concept officially revealed (details, photos and video)

Audi unveils Sportback Concept as foreshadow the production form of the A7 sports vehicle that’s expected to make its arrival in tardy 2010 or early 2011. The large, five-door sport tavern with its auto-like silhouette is somewhat better than the A6 measuring at 4.95 m long (16.24 ft), 1.93 m expansive (6.33 ft) but only 1.40 m high (4.59 ft).

Sportback’s exterior conceived is outright sexy with its low-slung, auto-like roofline and the Lamborghini Estoque-inspired buttocks – while Audi unimaginatively tries to convince us that the tail of the show car is “evidently related to the A5 Coupe.” Inside, the Sportback gets a four-seat landscape and a varied pinpoint console that stretches from the dash to the back. Passengers will be content to know that the Sportback’s crate has a capacity for 500 liters (17.66 cubic feet).

New 2010 Toyota Prius Hybrid Unveiled in Detroit

Toyota unveils the third-generation  Prius hybrid at the 2009 Detroit Auto Show. Its higher fuel economy is nearly 25% better than the first generation Prius. The 50mpg car features a hybrid system with over 90% new parts when compared to the last kind.

Fuel family improvements come from the vehicle’s affect, a new engine, and refined cross powertrain. Carter remarked how important the car’s influence is, because the company believes it has become iconic. Not lacking to revise the sculpt substantially, they pulled the crest of the roof back by four inches. The gives rear passengers more headroom, while making the Prius more aerodynamic. Its drag coefficient has been cheap to .25 from .26.

Cadillac presents Electric-Hybrid Converj Concept at Detroit Show

Cadillac has unveils their new luxury sports electric-hybrid Converj Concept at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. The Converj uses the Chevrolet Volt‘s critical exciting propulsion technology called Voltec. It allows the Converj to voyage up to 40 miles lacking using petrol or emitting any environmentally hurtful gases.

Design skin incorporate an all-glass roof with solar panels that help slide the battery’s dominance burden, LED light, touch-panel navigation, climate restraint, rear stance cameras and regenerative braking systems.
