German tuner Carlsson and luxury leather style brand Etienne Aigner has revealed at the Geneva Motor Show their new Carlsson Aigner CK55 RS Rascasse based on the Mercedes-Benz GL500. The tuning package include a body kit in a two-tone red and black colors. It also has a larger grille, wider wheel arches, and new surface skirts for a more aggressive appearance. The electronic lowering kit drops the bother by a little over one-and-a-half inches.
Under the hood, the 5.4-liter DOHC V-8 engine has been boosted from 388 to 456 horsepower, gratitude to modified cylinders, a remapped ECU, and an open-flow exhaust practice. The Rascasse is qualified of a 5.9 next 0-62.
Three sample fake alloy wheels are surrounded by a warmly polished 23-crawl external rim. The sweep used is definitely lightweight, while being strong enough to manage with “unsprung weight of the larger diameter wheels and tyres.” Suspension has also been lowered by 40mm, to thresher with the wheels and tyres for better handling.
