Korean automaker SsangYong prepares to introduce 20 new models over the next five years. One of them the new C200 Eco Concept car. At first it was revealed at the 2008 Paris Motor Show and used low emissions’ a 175hp 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission.
A new C200 Concept Ssangyong calls a CUV (crossover utility vehicle) for an environmentally-sociable town lifestyle. It has been styled by legendary ItalDesign studio Giugiaro and it’s similar in range to a Toyota RAV4, a Honda CRV and a Nissan Qashqai and with a 2,640mm wheelbase, the C200 Eco is somewhat longer than a VW Tiguan.

Due to be shown at the 2009 Seoul International Motor Show the C200 “green” Concept uses Ssangyong’s first monocoque-body means. Two belief cars will be exhibited at the show. The diesel amalgam C200 ECO idea fuses a comfortable urban interior with earth friendliness. The AERO view attracts with its occupied extreme colour outer and its sophistication.
