The all-new 2011 Hyundai Sonata has been spied exposed during photo shoot without any camouflage by the Hyundai Blog’s reader. We have already seen the next Sonata‘s four-door auto-like profile and silky roofline in previous spy pics but these new shots offer an undisguised regard of the vehicle’s front and rear styling as well as of the interior.
The new Sonata is a far more adventurous and interesting request than the overly-conservative and stylistically boring develop it will trade. The next-generation Sonata that is said to be renamed to i40 in Europe, will most liable go on sale in Europe and America sometime during the first half of 2010.

We also have some information about whats will be under the hood of the Sonata Hybrid, a product that bodes well for Hyundai’s eco-cred. Probably the hybrid Sonata will be powered by some variation on the Hybrid Blue Drive Architecture Hyundai introduced last year. That means either the 2.4 liter Theta II engine or a 2.0 liter Theta Turbo GDI married to a 30kW electric motor that provides an additional 205 Nm of torque. Either of those combos will come with a six-speed transmission.
