New Geely GE Limo is Rolls-Royce Phantom Clone?!

Geely has revealed photos of the new “Phantom clone” for the Chinese market called GE limo. The 17.5-foot long executive mover comes loaded for bear, with isolation glass and wool carpet just like a real Rolls-Royce. This and others auto-clones we should be expecting to see at the 2009 Shanghai Auto Show that runs from April 20.

Among the throng of new cars and concept studies that Geely is preparing to pass to Shanghai is the GE, a tender for a high-end limousine that looks like the outcome of a 10-year-old scheming a Rolls-Royce Phantom. According to the Chinese site, when compared to the Phantom, the Geely GE “gives the very same feeling of luxury.”  However, distinct the British luxury vehicle, the 5.3-meter long GE does not get suicide rear doors while unusually enough, the car’s interior has a 2+1 places arrangement, with the rear passenger receiving the noble healing.

Rolls-Royce Phantom Coupe Revealed ahead of Geneva autoshow

Rolls-Royce, to their first coupe model for more than a decade next month in Geneva. The Phantom coupe is a new, dynamic phantom driver-oriented model, which continues to radiate his limousine couterpart’s level of comfort and offer new modifications for a more concise package.
Drawing largely on the design of the drop-top drop-head coupe siblings and 101EX concept car predecessor, the new coupe brings high-end technology to a timeless design in its execution. Along with the limousine, the new model has the Phantom of the 6.75-litre V12, 453 hp and 720 Nm produces torque. But unusually, an increase of 25 percent fuel capacity has been achieved over the head drop, turning a long-legged cruiser to a “transcontinental ‘share.

Feelings of frustration that your Rolls-Royce Phantom does not have enough room for you and your family, forcing you to take a less glamorous vehicle with seating for six? If yes Mutec German coachbuilder created the solution by introducing a version of the Phantom that has been stretched 43 inches.
As an official of Rolls-Royce bodybuilder, Mutec crafts world-class features with changes that resemble those came directly from the factory. The rear seat has been replaced by two sets of seats to be filled by the ghost of all places theatre, to create spaces for four. Filling the interior privacy curtains are extended, modified consoles centre, and a retractable partition that separates the driver’s rear passengers.
